You can arrive as early as 2pm. Arrival Reminder You can be on camp as early as noon on Monday. James will sometimes be in logistics for checking in, but if you arrive and he is not there, his cellphone number can be found Lay On, Lay Off, and Periods Soft lay on starts at 2pm on Monday. We will not be holding announcements. Formal lay on is 10pm, so please try to be in game/have cars offsite by then if possible, as a courtesy. Periods will follow the typical schedule of any other event for the purposes of gathering, crafting, or skill use. (Reminder: the event is non-combat.) Lay off is 2pm on Wednesday. Please be off of camp no later than 5pm. There is no mandatory NPC shift at this event. Schedule and Activities Any and all activities are player-directed! Do you want to host an activity? Bobbing for apples, a meal, a party? Make a note of it here, but we also encourage you to post information in-game (via the Discord in-game channels or by posting a notice on the Inn’s notice board once you arrive!) Logistics Logistics will be operating limited hours, and will be operating out of the side room of the Inn. The main focus of these hours will be to provide needed item cards for players to continue using their non-combat skills. No content runners will be working during this event. Logistics will be in the side room of the Inn between 12pm and 4pm on Tuesday. For other urgent concerns, please find Alice Bryson! Kitchen Use No meal service will be provided at this event. If you would like to use the kitchen please be mindful to completely clean up after yourself. Cleanup You will need to complete cleanup as per any usual event, getting cabin and camp signatures. Cleanup will take place on Wednesday between noon and 3pm. Exalted Lessons As this is a no NPC/no combat special event, please be mindful that your NPC Exalted Teachers are not being required to teach lessons. Take this time to relax and enjoy your roleplay! Alcohol Expectations Alcohol consumption will be allowed on camp for players over the age of 21. We encourage responsible consumption. We will not be limiting the amount of alcohol nor types of alcohol you can bring, but we reserve the right to ask you to stop consuming if your behavior is indicative of heavy intoxication. Marijuana for recreational use follows the same guidelines as we set forward for alcohol (no extreme intoxication), as well as our guidelines for smoking if applicable (please only smoke or vape in outside areas, away from building entrances and other people). We will be hosting a Week In The Life-style weekday event in October for players to come, hang out, and get some quality time to play and roleplay during our almost two-month break between full events. More details will be soon to come, but expect it to be an easy going time! The dates are Monday October 16th through Wednesday October 18th.

Arrival and Departure Reminder: Day camp is on premises on Friday. Do not come onto camp before James gives the all-clear around 5:15pm. Check in begins at 6pm. Lay on is at 10pm. Lay off will be early, on Sunday at noon. As such, we are not running a Sunday NPC shift and Sunday content may be very limited. We ask that you are off camp before 1:30pm on Sunday. The Saturday 12pm mod will include water balloons. Don’t bring anything you don’t mind getting wet. Exalted Reminders: Please do not make or attempt to put ritual pages into your tome this month. The system is not currently working as intended and is being reworked. Friendly Rules Reminders: You can only have 1 augment of the same type active at any time unless a skill states you may have more than 1. If you have latent defenses cast on you only 1 of each specific skill can be on you at a time. Please check your consumable recipes some of them have secondary means of activating as defenses if you have talent slots. Worn armor does not automatically repair between fights if you want to keep using armor please get it repaired. Rests require you to stay in the same area for 30mins or have wanderlust. You only regain 10 skills. Movement skills do not require a hold please exit combat with you weapon straight up You cannot be immune to an attack while using the skill intercept. Gathering System: There will be a slight change to the gathering system this month while we continue to try and make it a more fun experience for you all. This month we are doing away with the 'rock' collection system and will be simplifying it. Cards: Due to Patreon changing their payment processor, there is a chance some payments may be flagged or blocked (they are working on this issue). This is something we on Card Team encourage--we are only human(oid), and if there are any issues having photos makes it easier to resolve. Just let the officer handling camp cleanup know where you stayed and they will handle it for you. Hi all! Please complete the RSVP form before it closes on August 8. Day camp is still running, so nobody will be allowed on camp until James gives the all clear at 5:15pm on Friday. HEADS UP: we will be calling layoff early, at noon on Sunday, for a private event which is being hosted on camp afterwards. We ask that you are completely off camp by 1:30pm at the absolute latest. The acceptable place to wait if you do arrive before 5:15 is only on the gravel parking area in front of the Inn on White Lake Road. Check In will begin at 6pm. Lay On will be 10pm. We are once again offering the option to complete early camp cleanup from 6-6:30pm on Saturday, so that you can get your cleanup taken care of and not need to try and find an Officer or James late on Saturday night or on Sunday morning. Meet Alice at the kitchen side room between 6 - 6:30 for an assignment. You do not have to sign up for this ahead of time, and this option is available to everyone! Reminder! Please refrain from continuing to hit an NPC who is on the ground due to being incapacitated/critical/dead with your physical weapons.
