Earliest arrival is noon.
Check in begins at 6pm.
Lay on is at 10pm.
Lay off is Sunday at 2pm.
To help us get cleaned up after game is over in a timely manner, if you are staying either upstairs of the Inn or in the AG, your belongings must be fully packed up by noon Sunday. This doesn’t mean your things need to be removed from the space, but they should be packed and ready to go!
The inn floor is brand new. Please be exceptionally mindful of this and please take care not to be reckless and damage it. All the tables and benches have had felted feet put on so they dont scratch the floor up either.
Parking at Logistics
At this time, the only people authorized to park in the area behind or next to logistics are with direct permission from the Director, or the Officers, Safety Lead, Weekend Event Runner, and Exalted Team. Anyone else cannot leave their cars parked in that area.
Please do not park in front of the door/garage door to the area under the barn, or you will be parked in.
Early Camp Cleanup
If you are leaving early (before lay off) and need cleanup assignments, please see the Logistics Marshals. They will be able to assign you tasks to complete. Please do not see them for early cleanup if you will still be on camp at lay-off on Sunday at 2pm, and instead come to lay-off to get your assignment.
Community Announcements
New Player training will be held in the Inn by the fireplace at 7:30 pm Friday night. It is mandatory for all first time players to attend so you can learn important safety aspects of the game. Your character card will be signed off after attending. If you still need your card signed off from a previous game, feel free to come get signed off. Players are encouraged to stick around after if you would like a more in depth training on game mechanics. We ask that if you are not bringing a new player, to please not interrupt training. Also if you miss training for whatever reason, feel free to find a community manager for makeup training.
Below will be linked some helpful docs new players should utilize.
Reminder to fill out your event feedback forms after the event! It is the best way to tell us what you like, dislike, etc. about the game in an official capacity.
Safety Announcement
It is slated to be rather warm this coming Saturday, be sure to keep hydrated and be mindful of yourself as we ease back into warmer temperatures. The evening will be comparatively cold, remember you can still get Hypothermia in 50 degree weather, especially if you're sweating.
Certain animals can be expected to be active again particularly bears. Remember, if someone asks if you're a bear, you MUST answer. This interaction is ALWAYS OOG, abuse of this rule will result in a violation.
As always, the Safety on call list will always be available in Logistics and will be pinned on the Marshal Discord Thread.
Atmosphere Announcement
Reminders from the Atmosphere Team this month!
Please stay in character. If for some reason you need to go out of game, please do so away from other players as to not impact their immersion and gameplay. Please do not interrupt a scene for an OOG comment unless it is absolutely necessary.
Roleplay your combat and sell your blows. It makes combat more fun for everyone
Please do not openly use your phone. We get that there are times when you may need to check the time or check a rule, but please try to do these checks with your phone under a table or away from other players.
Please be mindful of your trash.
The Atmosphere Team application is still open through 3/31 - you can fill it out here https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc2sBhVwLR6oRZY-OokoFibiEmz5AAgEpx9JUoCfBFahPaoOw/viewform

Exalted Announcement
After March, Light and Dark Paladin skills will no longer be available as Personal Abilities. Anyone with a Personal from those classes will have them refunded for an appropriate quantity of pending abilities and may select from any other available skill.
Lacerate on Sikirian has been renamed to Bleeding Strike, and can be taught by anyone who has the Periodic skill of the same name. Players with the former skill on their cards should have had them changed over, if not please contact a member of the card team to fix this error.
All “Pact” ritual skills have had their text altered to conform to the following: “This status cannot be defended or cured, and the character cannot be IMMUNE to this ability."
Rules Reminders
All consumables take 5 secs to use or apply as latents. If you plan to use a reflex trinket please make sure you expend the use at your next rest or period change.
Physical armor does not refresh on rest please see make sure you are getting it repaired.
If you get hit while casting you are interrupted and must restart the casting role play (unless wielding a large phokus)
Card Announcements
Check your card notes
New player card creation will be at the bar before lay-on
There is an internal error where some people who have exalted spells ended up not paying the cost for purchasing the spell, so there may be some build discrepancies because of this as it gets fixed. Feel free to reach out if you are uncertain.
General reminder: When doing bank transfers, please remember to specify gold or silver!
Logistics Announcements
Please remember that while you are in line waiting for check in, please be respectful of the marshals on duty and remain quiet while near the desk. Too much noise makes it difficult for the check in process when the Marshals cannot hear the players they are speaking to. Once you receive your character cards, please acquire your rp points and any fates you wish to buy and make your way out of logistics as to not crowd the area.
