WANTED: Information on string of Thefts

I am looking for any information that can be given on a recent string of thefts. Several local tailors and seamstresses have reported their entire thread collection being stolen, though nothing else seems to be touched. The face of the thief has not been seen but the thefts coincide with the reports of a stranger wandering the towns streets at night. The stranger was not approached because of a strange gait, and as one commoner reports "Four arms". We appreciate any information that may help return the stolen goods or catch the criminal. Lt.
