Well met, friends. I hope you and your families are preparing well for the ever encroaching cold weather.
I, and a few of my colleagues, understand very little of this individual's past other than the fact that their sheer force is relatively unprecedented. Local scholars did not have any records. Perhaps nothing on paper has made its way down from the highlands?
If any Hibernian folk are available, it would be much appreciated if you could please share whatever stories, tales, anything you may have. I shall record your word and make it available for record's sake.
Sincerely,
Jeanne-Vierre Desmos
In the early spring of 1194, Clan Roddam from DelDragon Valley and Clan Healey from Glen Athyll had held a summit, for fear of Rodan’s actions.
Lads, I think I need to go evacuate my family. we live in Glen Athyll.
Splendid. I'll make sure to cite you properly. As phenomenal a work of science and magic they may be, these fascinations are always taken advantage of. I wish you and your family the best of health.
I didn't think too much of this when I was little, but based on what Get found there may be some more truth to it than I thought. My dad and his comrades had some brushes with the old man's warriors in the past. My dad did his best not to talk about them in front of me, but one time I overheard Finn telling the story about why he had to retire. He said that the guy he was fighting fought with "undead determination and ferocity," and that no matter how many arrows he put into him he just wouldn't stop charging. He fought the bastard blade to blade, and he survived, but his injuries were such that he couldn't even draw his bow let alone shoot it after he healed. I thought he was exaggerating because he got concussed in that fight but... Uncle Gregory was right, keep your silver on you.
