Travance, I did some searching around the robbed gravesites, and it led me to some interesting findings. As could be expected, Cecani and Simon Ward are responsible for the recent crimes being posted about on our boards. It would seem Simon is to blame for the missing bodies and the stolen threads, and Cecani is to blame for the dug up graves. Both are practicing some form of necromancy, and using their creations to fight one another’s. Cecani appears to use a flute to raise and corral undead. Simon, on the other hand, appears to be creating and commanding creatures made of stitched together body parts. Cecani mentioned the sitching Simon has been doing on his 'idiotic creatures'. I watched one of the encounters- Cecani sent ten undead marching towards Kaladonia, where they met one of Simon’s creations- a large, four-armed undead made entirely of human body parts. The undead fought to a draw, all perishing, before I returned to where I had seen Cecani commanding the undead earlier. She’s keeping what she raises but doesn’t use in several mausoleums she’s broken open in Travance’s graveyards. There’s a lot of them, and if we want to clear them out, I can show people where they are- but we’ll likely need a few of us to be safe. She also was met by the ‘help’ we’ve been seeing enter the inn to nail messages from the siblings to our boards- their name is Cameron Anders. The two talked until just before sunrise, and Cameron brought a horse for them both to ride away on.
I stopped them at this point, masking who I was. They assumed I was robbing them, but I simply warned Cecani that was she was doing would be looked upon rather harshly in these lands, feigning ignorance to the bigger picture. She instructed me to tell the town to join her side in the conflict between her and her brother, and that once we help her ‘return order’ to her house, the siblings will have no need to fight anymore. Cameron then informed me that, should we wish to meet with either sibling, we could contact them, and they would set a meeting for us. Cecani reacted harshly towards Cameron for even mentioning Simon’s name. Cameron also thanked me for not trying to arrest Cecani, assuring me that Simon would just free her so their war could continue, saying he's done so in the past.
I have a ring on Cameron’s hand memorized, and have been tracking where they’ve been going. Oddly enough, sometimes they are untraceable, there appears to be a deadzone near Kaladonia- I suspect that is where Simon is hiding, or at least where he is meeting with Cameron. Cecani, on the other hand, meets with Cameron in Travance’s graveyard.
I wish to note here that Cameron reacted when I suggested that the siblings were mistreating them. As I spied on their conversation, Cecani mentioned to them that they should be grateful for the housing and livelihood they are provided by the siblings, and that the siblings are kind to help ‘the rabble’. I think Cameron may be able to be reasoned with- they clearly aren’t happy with their situation, but may not see any alternative. I suggested to them that we arrange a meeting of our own.
I am willing to talk further about the events I saw, should anyone wish to. I hope this helps. -Damien Marcain

Another note I forgot to mention- Cameron admitted to me that Cecani was arrested and imprisoned by Travance years ago, but her brother managed to get her free, so they could continue their war, as stated above.
