Info on Current Living Paint Strand

This posting contains information that at the time of posting is factual. It is open to be added to and/or corrected later once there is more information.

This new strand of living paint, while similar in structure to the last one Travance dealt with, is infused with Order. It appears to bond with the insides of whatever organic being it's injected into to the point of that the body cannot distinguish the paint from normal internal organs and functions, and as such does not consider it a foreign substance. It's currently unknown what it does specifically with inorganic objects.

The paint is currently being controlled by a gnome. All of the creations of this gnome have had black tally marks somewhere visible on the skin. Below is a list of what is currently known to have what markings. Markings will be referred to in this posting as "Mk-#" from here on.

• Mk-1

  • Dead or decaying organic things. Skeletons, etc.

• Mk-2

  • Only recently dead beings, or beings that were alive until they'd been injected with paint.

• Mk-3

  • Beings that were alive at time of injection and remained alive afterwards.

• Mk-4

  • Household objects, as well as duplicates of everyone who came into direct contact with the paint on the night the freezing man showed up at the inn. These are Melchior, Axiana, Kanas, Ravani, and Caelvan. They seem to retain their originals martial prowess. It's unknown if the same is true for metaphysical prowess.

• Mk-5

  • All of the sculptures that went missing when the Londwynian Historical Society was attacked after the gala, except for The Twins. They all move freely, like living beings, rather than the mediums they were sculpted from. (The exact recount of what went missing will be in a posting immediately following this one.)

• Mk-6

  • The Twins. They move faster than they have any right to, and also move freely.

The aforementioned gnome had seven tally marks on his face as of yesterday morning. He insists that he is "perfecting an artwork, and perfection requires experimentation". He is currently holding Caelvan and Ravani captive after they jumped through a portal after him on the 18th.
