Good Evening Travance,
I'm sure at this point most of you know the Employer and what they're up to.
If not, I recommend checking out my earlier posts to get up to speed. They're buried somewhere in these missives (https://www.knightrealms.com/forum/the-dragon-s-claw-board/countering-the-employer and https://www.knightrealms.com/forum/the-dragon-s-claw-board/countering-the-employer-an-update-ritual-help-wanted).
As a reminder and update, our plan moving forward is to continue performing our own stellar rituals to build our interference net in the Weave, to disrupt what the Employer is building towards. The more of these rituals
I'm looking to catch up on our list of rituals we still need to complete this month, and as usual, I am looking for assistance. Particularly if you were born under one of these star signs, are good with star shit, or simply identify with the aspects of any of these signs. You need not be a caster or ritualist to help!
These rituals will be sympathetic magic rituals, performed where the Employer did their ritual, calling upon the power of the star sign and the residual energy in the area.
The rituals we still need to perform are:
-Sign of Nurremaralias, the Heart of the Mountain. Sign of Compassion and Stalwartness.
-Sign of Archidemus, the Kraken. Sign of Competition and Aggression.
-Sign of Ilthuene, the Great Tree. Sign of Ambition and Patience.
(Te'Vash, the Harvester, was one of the Employer's previous rituals, but no one seems to know where it was found)
Additionally, performing a counter-ritual in advance of the Employer's next ritual seemed to work very well last month. I would like to try that again.
This means that, since the Employer always performs their rituals shortly before a feast weekend, in January we would be doing a ritual to interfere with Aashirya, the Tempest Archer.
Unlike the above rituals, this would be a binding (of the Employer, not the Zodiac!) and opposed counter-ritual, instead of a sympathetic magic one. We would be actively laying a trap for them.
Ritual Scheduling:
As requested, and for my own sanity, I'm going to attempt to schedule times for these rituals in advance, so everyone who wants to participate can make an effort to be there.
Nurremaralias Ritual - TBD (waiting on advice from Arawyn)*
Archidemus Ritual - TBD (waiting on advice from Arawyn)*
Ilthuene Ritual - TBD (waiting on advice from Arawyn)*
Aashirya Ritual - Sunday, 11am
For all of these, let's meet up at the inn at the designated times and then we can head together to the ritual sites, so no one gets lost or ambushed on the way.
((* = OOG, I'm still waiting on information from Jenn and Justin about the best times to perform these. I will have times set before the event))
If you want to remember the previous rituals we have found so far, as always, a copy of my notes on the Employer's rituals are always available on the scholar's table.((https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ML_cHd7Fi4U6mjQebGQ9jC3Ji9d6s9to9zwcEstEB9Y/edit?usp=sharing))
Now about this January "game" the Employer just posted about.
A few of us had the dubious pleasure of previously meeting Kinkle Blackblade, when she was guarding the murder witness Taylor Rust. Kinkle is a female halfling, very bloodthirsty and potentially insane. She seemed very excited by the possibility of getting to rip Taylor apart, but refrained because the Employer had ordered her otherwise. When Taylor was rescued, Kinkle simply used a device to open all the animal cages and left (declaring "that's my cue to leave").
Therion, do you have any additional information about Kinkle? I recall you mentioning you had feelers out, and I know your network is extensive.
Aleister - I recall you mentioning Kinkle in passing, same question to you?
Regarding these potential kidnap victims.
For those who were not around at the time, back in October, Kestrel, Marci, Talaniel, and I performed a ritual calling upon our own primal spirits, in an attempt to find out more information about the Employer and their plans. Unfortunately, this ritual had the unpleasant side effect of bringing our primal spirits to the Employer's attention.
The relevant primal spirits, aside from Triton, are Draka'thul (moon deer), Nesala (sun toucan), and Vokar'thul (drake mom).
By their mention of "innocent people" and "new friends", it's likely that the Employer means regular civilians who follow the relevant primal spirit, and not Travancian heroes. Draka'thul is commonly worshipped by the Lehuine, Nesala is a deity to the Solarian, and Vokar'thul is as such to the Sizarik. Which leaves the Employer with plenty of opportunities.
While it's not likely that they will attempt to kidnap Travancians, yes I have offered myself up to the Employer. If they come for me, please do not stop them. I mean it, I will fight you. I just want to talk with the Employer, and if this is the way I have to go about it, then so be it.
As always, I am trusting in the proven safety of our message boards to be able to communicate and coordinate our plans. It is vital that we coordinate our efforts and not live in fear.
Thank you for your time and your aid.
I sadly do not possess the information, performing the ritual kept me outside of seeing what was seen. Aleister, his student whose name I am blanking on, and Kestrel would be the ones to check with.
Any information can potentially be useful, but thank you for that explanation and disclaimer, Gabriel.

To add - In October I performed an Orange Sorcery ritual with the assistance of Aleister and a few others. If they wish to volunteer the information they gathered it may or may not be relevant but time is fickle and open to a significant amount of interpretation.
