We are currently planning to hold a very limited live event one month from now at the end of June. Even though many covid restrictions are being lifted, we feel it is a far safer plan to remain cautious and stick with the safety plan that we shared with you previously. It will be a restriction heavy, primarily outdoor, role-play and hang out day. Although we will want to keep the role-play in game and atmospheric, we understand that many of you would welcome the opportunity to catch up with some of your friends OOG, so we will also have an out of game area for catching up as friends.
We will be asking you to fill out a form if you are interested in attending, because we might be limiting the number of people who could attend for this first event. It will be a one-day event, so we understand that our members who travel far may not be interested. For those who are not in the Patreon, there will be two paid options consisting of the normal event fee and also a lower cost, lower build option to pay only $20 in which the build received for attendance is two.
Please also be prepared that we will be monitoring the state of covid related data closely and we will postpone the event to a future month if we feel that we need to after carefully and constantly reviewing the data. The form for expressing interest to attend this limited event should be posted by this weekend or Monday at the latest.
