(If you played in a mod and received an artifact or non-standard loot, you may submit a form as well! This helps for any E-Mails that may have slipped through the cracks!)
(Non Standard loot includes titles, pets, or non-material items/gold. If it is not in the rulebook, it is probably non-standard)
---
A lot of fantastic, obscure, and crazy adventures happened during our online events and between games as we had many wonderful players and marshals step up to help us keep the community entertained throughout the nearly year and a half we have been hosting content away from the usual conflicts in Travance.
When we first started, the team was sorting through how to codify what counted as a 'canon' game and a 'non-canon' game and while this sometimes caused confusion, we found a structure in the end but some oddities occurred as this structure settled.
During that time we have had a few hands change on who was running hosting and managing this content and, as we start to return to live games, we wish to create a document to help those who were not able to participate 'catch up' with recent events in the area.
So, as a quality check for all of us, we would like anyone who ran something that they would like to remain canon to please submit what stories they ran and small summaries of the adventures. You may present this in any format you like, including all of your adventures in one document. We have provided a guideline if you need one.
You may make a copy of it and drop the link below as an answer.
If it is easier for you, you may forward Marcella@knightrealms.com any of the E-Mails you sent with your information and I will make sure it gets to the needed folks!
Also, there are those of us that ran mods that probably forgot to submit E-Mails with loot or player participation and this is your friendly reminder to scour your draft E-Mails or scratch notes for that information and submit it in!
The Lore team will at least be reviewing all the folders of content that do exist, this form will just help 'fact check' what exists and what may be missing. If we see information that is not submitted, you will be contacted to review. However, this form will also help us compile all of the information into one place easier.
This does include any unique artifacts or 'loot' that you may have sent out on your mods! As we prepare to return to live games, we want to make sure these items and artifacts follow the correct guidelines/rules as we update the system and we want to be able to track who we need to reach out to!
**You must submit any mechanics you put on your artifacts. If you just left it to game staff to create an artifact, just let us know who received it and if you had any flavor you wanted to it!**
---
We would like the chance to hear the stories you told and add what we can to the World Anvil to give you credit if you created any unique monsters, places, or other moments to develop the world of Arawyn but if something particularly off brand was missed, we would like to work with you to make it something that fits in the Knight Realms setting!
The deadline for submissions is September 6th, 2021. If we do not receive a submission from you, we will assume your game was a non-canon adventure, and we thank you for providing a fun experience for a players this year!
Thank you all for your time and hope to catch you in Travance soon!
*Deadline Extended*
Hello Everyone!
I wanted to check in and give you some good news for all of you still looking to submit work.
Many of you are assisting with Faire and there has been a lot of extra prep this year especially to keep everyone safe and changing some items to be less ‘hands on’ but still entertaining to those visiting our campgrounds! This means deadlines needing to get shifted around for different projects to make sure everything has the attention to detail it needs.
As a result, the Lore Team would like to push the deadline for content submissions to the end of the last week of the month, Friday October 1st.
**A Reminder**
These submissions should include encounters you ran even if they were not during an online event weekend if they were canon games that need to be established in the timeline properly.
(Looking at those folks who got to visit a spooky tree in Pendarvin on my end :P )
If you did not run a mod or encounter but participated in one that you want to let me know about to make sure it is submitted, you may send me a message at Marcella@knightrealms.com!
As always, any questions or concerns, you may send me a message on Facebook (Marcella Torres), our Discord (Marcella), or the E-Mail listed above.
Thank you so much everybody!
